No! When booking with Zapped, you only pay for the cost of jewelry with no extra fees!

Zapped Raleigh is located in the Vintage Raleigh West apartment complex, in the main building near the leasing office, Suite 002. The building is close to the Drive Shack and the pool. During weekdays and Saturdays, the main office door leading to the leasing office is always unlocked. Enter, take an immediate left, and you'll find us quickly! On Sundays, we'll be waiting to let you in at your scheduled appointment time. If you have any questions at any time, please give us a call!

Zapped Durham is at The Streets at Southpoint, on the interior portion of the mall. After you walk past Altar’d State, we’re the very first kiosk directly at the front of the doors, right next to Starbucks.

No, the welding process is pain-free. The equipment only interacts with the metal, and both you and the technician will wear safety glasses to protect against the bright light during the zapping process.

We’ve got you covered! Zapped offers complimentary resizing and reattachments for every piece purchased from us. This includes any breakage, removal for an MRI or surgery, or a simple adjustment for comfort or fit. To book a reattachment or resizing, simply click here and select "Jewelry Reattachment" to schedule your appointment.  

Our permanent jewelry is crafted from high quality 14k gold filled, solid gold, and sterling silver, designed to be long lasting and durable. While it won’t just fall off or break on its own, it can break if it gets snagged. Remember, permanent doesn’t mean indestructible.

If your piece comes off, you must have the physical chain for us to repair or resize it. Our warranty does not cover lost pieces, so please hold onto your jewelry if it breaks and we’ll happily reattach it for you.

Yes! At our discretion, we will reattach jewelry that wasn’t purchased at Zapped for a fee of $15. Book your appointment here.

If you need to remove your jewelry, you can easily clip it off using a pair of nail clippers or wire cutters. Please attempt to cut it at the jump ring for the best look at the time of reattachment. 

We have plenty of free parking at our location in the Vintage Raleigh West apartment complex. The parking lot is spacious and convenient for our customers.​ Zapped Durham customers can park anywhere at The Streets at Southpoint.

Our jewelry is high-quality, tarnish-resistant, and waterproof with a two year guarantee but most pieces last much longer. Residue buildup usually happens from product buildup like sunscreen, lotions, or makeup, so we recommend cleaning your jewelry with soap and water to remove the buildup. A polishing cloth will also remove residue from sterling silver.

Gold-filled jewelry has a layer of gold bonded to a base metal, typically brass or sterling silver. It’s far more durable than gold-plated jewelry and is designed to last at least 3 years. Sterling Silver is made from 92.5% silver, with the remainder being other metals. It can be polished if it tarnishes. All jewelry is nickel free, even our sterling silver options. We also offer solid gold.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, and Apple Pay. We do not accept cash.
