TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Thank you for choosing Zapped Permanent Jewelry!

To provide the best experience and ensure fairness, we have established the following policies regarding cancellations, rescheduling, and no-shows.

 

1. Card on File Requirement

  • A valid credit or debit card is required to secure all appointments.

  • The card will be securely stored through Square and will not be charged at the time of booking unless a cancellation, rescheduling, or no-show policy applies.

2. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

  • Cancellations made 48+ hours before the appointment: No fees will be charged.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment: A $25 per person rescheduling fee will be charged to the card on file. This amount can be applied toward your total if you reschedule with us.

  • No-shows and last-minute cancellations (less than 48 hours before the appointment): Not eligible for credit.

  • No shows or cancellations whose cards decline will be blocked from future bookings.

3. No-Call/No-Show Policy

  • Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment without prior notice will be charged a no-show fee of $60 per person to the card on file.

4. Late Arrivals

  • If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment without notifying us, you will be considered a no-show, and the full no-show fee of $60 per person will be charged.

  • We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals within the scheduled time, but the full service fee applies regardless of time used.

5. Liability Waiver

  • By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree that Zapped Raleigh Durham is not liable for any injuries, burns, or adverse outcomes resulting from the welding process used to secure permanent jewelry.

  • All reasonable precautions are taken to ensure safety during the service, including the use of a leather patch to protect the skin from sparks and the option to wear protective eyewear.

  • If you choose not to wear protective eyewear, you are required to look away during the welding process. By declining protective eyewear, you accept full responsibility for any injuries or discomfort that may occur as a result.

  • The jewelry provided is made from gold-filled and sterling silver materials, which are hypoallergenic and generally safe for most individuals. However, Zapped Raleigh is not responsible for any allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or discoloration that may occur due to individual factors or external conditions such as exposure to water, chemicals, or lotions.

  • It is your responsibility to inform Zapped Raleigh Durham of any known allergies or sensitivities before the service.

  • Zapped Raleigh Durham is not responsible for any damages resulting from failure to follow safety instructions, disclose relevant medical conditions, or properly care for your jewelry after the service.

6. Policy Enforcement

  • By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms and conditions.

  • Failure to comply with these terms may result in refusal of service or additional charges.
